短壁开采缓斜边角煤关键工艺及矿压控制研究

Research on Mining Technology and Rock Pressure Control of Gently inclined Boundary Coal in Continuous Miner

摘要: 为了解决连续采煤机在缓倾斜边角煤开采时遇到的倾角大、设备使用困难、采硐遗煤多、矿压控制难等问题,提出了小于10°调伪斜、连运系统加长、采硐“两坡三进刀”等关键工艺,同时采用松动圈测试、应力应变监测与行走支架等综合手段联合监测工作面顶板变形垮落。结果表明:通过设备、工艺及工序的优化,有效解决了工作面倾角大的问题,将三角煤损降至最低|巷道变形为1.1~1.3m的中松动圈,将锚杆长度优化至2.4m,围岩稳定性增加|采硐间“煤柱-隔离煤柱-基本顶”是相互作用共同体,隔离煤柱的支撑、承载力骤降直至破坏的过程使顶板形成了1.5~2个开采区段的周期性来压特征|采用行走支架贴顶支护压力即时监测法,可有效保证支巷采硐三角区顶板的稳定。

Abstract: In order to solve the problems of deeply inclined coal seam dip Angle, equipment use more difficulties, the mining of adit qin coal and rock pressure of continuous miner in the slow corners of coal mining, put forward the optimization techniques of < 10 ° pseudo inclined, even the transit system extension, mining adit "two slope and three feed" and the loosening zone testing, stress and strain monitoring and support comprehensive measures such as joint monitoring deformation of caving working face roof. The results showed that: (1) through the equipment, technology and process optimization, solves the problem of the scene effectively; (2) the main shipping lane and the working face monitoring, roadway deformation test of 1.1 ~ 1.3 m of the loose circle, anchor length optimization to 2.4 m, increases the stability of surrounding rock; Between - isolated coal pillar - basic roof coal pillar mining adit \"is the community interaction, isolation bearing plunge until failure process make the roof support, coal pillar mining section of the formed article 1.5 ~ 2 periodic weighting characteristic; walking stick a stent supporting pressure monitoring, guarantee the alley mining adit triangle roof stability effectively.
